Housing Update (are you ready?!)

The other house is out. I decided the work needed was more than I wanted to take on, since the sellers were not too keen on negotiating with me.

So today I found this one instead:
And I think I am going to make an offer on it first thing Monday morning. And my townhouse is officially ON the market - they came to take pictures this morning and this place has never looked better.

The roller coaster ride continues!!!
