I'm not gonna even try to be coy. I stole this from Calandria's blog. I just couldn't resist!
The Washington Post’s Style Invitational once again asked readers to take any word from the dictionary, alter it by adding, subtracting, or changing one letter, and supply a new definition. Here are the 2003 winners:
Bozone: The substance surrounding stupid people that stops bright ideas from penetrating. The bozone layer, unfortunately, shows little sign of breaking down in the near future.
Foreploy: Any misrepresentation about yourself for the purpose of getting laid.
Cashtration: The act of buying a house, which renders the subject financially impotent for an indefinite period.
Giraffiti: Vandalism spray-painted very, very high.
Sarchasm: The gulf between the author of sarcastic wit and the person who doesn’t get it.
Inoculatte: To take coffee intravenously when you are running late.
Hipatitis: Terminal coolness.Osteopornosis: A degenerate disease. (This one got extra credit.)
Karmageddon: It’s like, when everybody is sending off all these really bad vibes, right? And then, like, the Earth explodes and it’s like, a serious bummer.
Decafalon: The grueling event of getting through the day consuming only things that are good for you.
Glibido: All talk and no action.
Dopeler effect: The tendency of stupid ideas to seem smarter when they come at you rapidly.
Arachnoleptic fit: The frantic dance performed just after you’ve accidentally walked through a spider web.
Beelzebug: Satan in the form of a mosquito that gets into your bedroom at three in the morning and cannot be cast out.
Caterpallor: The color you turn after finding half a grub in the fruit you’re eating.

Well, one good turn of cribbing can't go unnoticed--I posted this already on Calandria's blog!
I remember Cameron coming up with one when he was about 6 years old...suneeze--the sneeze you can't help but doing when you leave a building and come into the sun. There's actually a real word for it, as some people (Cameron among them) are very susceptible to sneezing when they first come into the sun. I thought it was pretty clever.
more posts answering questions and I have two dogs and rats worked for me so you should be fine. The only thing is my dogs are beagles (not huge dogs)
Hey, no problem! :-) I've already stolen a post from you, haven't I?
Sorry I hadn't replied yet about Georgie tutoring in Spanish. Maybe that could work, though you shouldn't have high expectations for her Spanish. We can email.
