So this afternoon I am meeting with a realtor and a prospective tenant who is interested in renting the property I sort of manage.
The realtor calls all excited that he has worked out a great plan.
The prospective tenants are in St. Paul.
The rental property is in Bloomington, as am I.
The realtor's office is in Wayzata.
His plan? Let's all meet at his office because it's so centrally located and convenient for everyone involved!

Well, some of us are aware of the level of confidence to be had in the realtor.
Hypothetically speaking, of course.
I do hope you took yourself out to lunch and billed it to the people who own that property! And maybe a massage, too--all that stressful driving.
And maybe some wine too?? Did they rent it?? At least it wasn't SNOWING!!!
wow, I didn't realize I could get a massage and charge it off ... I'm ON it!
And lunch...
And I'm not speaking hypothetically here, lady.
I'm thinking mani pedi too.
I *LIKE* the way you women think ...
and if you need company.. well I could force myself to have to come along...
